If you feel you wish to make a suggestion or complaint, please ask to speak to our Practice Manager, Heather McGowan. If she is available, Heather will see you right away, otherwise arrangements will be made for contact.

If a complaint arises, our aim is to explain any misunderstanding, reconcile any disagreement or make a commitment to change a faulty or ineffective Practice policy.

We will do our utmost to resolve any problems amicably.
