Patients on repeat medication may use this service to order items listed on the re-order slip on their last prescription.

Patients may also use the service to request a previously prescribed item although only if it was prescribed by a doctor at this practice. Please be aware that the doctor may ask to see you before issuing your prescription, in which case our Reception staff would contact you to arrange an appointment.

Requests for repeat prescriptions will be accepted in writing only ie via this online service, by post to Murrayfield Medical Centre, 35 Saughton Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 5SS; by fax to 0131 313 5059; or by filling out a request form in the surgery. Please provide full name, address, date of birth and contact telephone number with your request.

Your prescription will be ready for collection after 4pm, two full working days later. The surgery is open from 8.30am until 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (closed from 12.15 until 1.15pm on Thursdays for staff training).
