How to Register
We operate a waiting list for places and register a limited number of patients from the waiting list weekly.
In order to register with the practice you must live within the practice boundary and not already be registered with another practice. You may be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of address. Please check your address is within the boundary map below.
If we have been unable to offer you a place in the month after you have provided us with a completed application, you can stay on our waiting list if you wish and we will contact you again the following month. Our waiting list is lengthy and we can accept only a small number of applications each month. You are advised to consider contacting other local Practices who may be able to accept your application more quickly.

Important information for New Patients
Regular Medications
As part of our practice policy, patients who are newly registered and have multiple regular medications are asked to attend a face-to-face appointment with a GP. This initial consultation is an important step to ensure we have a clear and accurate understanding of your medication needs and can safely manage your ongoing prescriptions. We understand this may be an additional step, but it allows us to provide the safest and most effective care from the outset. Once this initial review has taken place, repeat prescriptions can then be requested as usual via our website.
Navigating the appointments we offer
• GP Appointments:
GP appointments are available to book on the day. We also offer a number of appointments that can be booked in advance, which are released on a rolling basis.
• Emergency Appointments:
A number of emergency appointments are available each day for patients who have urgent medical needs.
• Telephone Consultations:
You can book a telephone consultation with a GP on the day, or in advance. Please note that these are suitable for issues that do not require a physical examination. For any matter that is likely to require an in-person assessment, we kindly ask you to book a face-to-face appointment instead.
• Email Communication:
Please be aware that the practice cannot consult with patients by email regarding medical issues. This is to ensure patient safety, privacy, and appropriate clinical care.
• Nurse Appointments:
Nurse appointments can be booked in advance, and we also often have same-day nurse appointments available, depending on the nature of your healthcare needs.
If you have any questions about booking an appointment or choosing the right type of appointment for your needs, please speak to a member of our reception team who will be happy to help.
Change of Details
Please notify us of any change of details.
When we are able to offer you a place on our patient list, you will be asked to complete and submit a New Patient Health Check questionnaire prior to your first appointment.
